Water Fluoridation Impacts the Environment

Fluoride pollution from aluminum smelters has long been known to cause problems such as damage to plants and risk to livestock grazing grasses exposed to the chemical. But there are not many highly publicized studies that look at the ecological impact of fluoridating municipal water supplies. Past research, however, shows that the practice hailed by the CDC as one of the greatest public health advances of the 20th century for humans may be causing damage to the environment.

Iran’s Bushehr Nuclear Reactor is set to receive delivery of its nuclear fuel on August 21, 2010, as part of an agreement with the Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency (Rosatom), in accordance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NNPT), and with the approval of the International Atomic Energy Committee (IAEA).  As the August 21st delivery date approaches, an increasing number of political pundits, on both sides of the aisle, are ever-more fervently beating their war drums and calling for attacks on Iran.

 When the main stream media talks about the Tea Party Movement, they talk about Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and at times the so called “Right-wing Extremist,” but that is not how the Tea Party Movement began. Despite the inaccurate mainstream media portrayal of the Tea Party, the real Tea Party movement started in December of 2007 on the 234th anniversary of the 1773 Boston Tea Party. It was started not by Ron Paul, but Ron Paul supporters - a bottom up movement of people looking for real change.
