Keep Austin Weird by Keeping Austin Free.  I know it's a crazy concept for a city to be free of tyranny and oppression but it is possible.

If you have any news that needs to get out please update us so we can spread the message.

To Fluoridate or Not to Fluoridate

That is the question that Texans for Accountable Government (TAG) is asking City Hall to consider.  The debate over whether fluoridating water is safe is at the center of attention at City Hall.  With much evidence (see www.FluorideAlert.org) supporting the dangers of fluoridated water and evidence showing that the benefits are marginal, if any, TAG, as well as many others in Austin want this chemical byproduct out of our drinking water once and for all.  To ensure that we have clean water to drink please call the following numbers and let city council know that the citizens of Austin want clean water.  Also contact Texans for Accountable Government at TAGTexas.org or Rob Love, head chairman of the TAG’s fluoride council, at RobLove@TheAustinFreePress.com.
